  • Application of economic principles as they apply to real estate, land and property laws, environment laws, planning, construction technology, valuation methods, property development process, property management, investment and finance related to real estate asset classes
  • Application of knowledge and skills to various real estate activities from the direct to the indirect and from the national to the international through planning and execution of research project.
  • Application of principles of accounting, corporate law, marketing and financial principles as they apply to real estate activities.
  • Critical analysis of recent developments in real estate discipline and areas of professional practice.
  • Knowledge and understanding of code of ethics and professional practice standards and valuation standards.
  • Skills to demonstrate mastery in inspection, measurement of land and property, analyzing development feasibility, valuation, property portfolio management and market analysis.
  • Sound professional communication, negotiation, data management and software skills to justify and interpret real estate related propositions, methodologies, conclusions and professional decisions to specialist and non-specialist audiences.
  • Able to acquire management concepts, critical understanding of organizational environment problems and its application to the world of Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure sector
  • Able to recognise the extent of information needed, to analyse critical business and technical issues related to Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure sector, able to exercise critical judgement and critical thinking in creating new understanding of problems, to evaluate the source of information using quantitative and qualitative research techniques and develop effective solutions to complex business and technical problems.
  • Able to explore the extent of information to be collected, use of digital literacy in capturing information from various sources related to Real Estate Projects and use contemporary technologies to access and manage information.
  • Possess intellectual curiosity and engage in the pursuit of new knowledge and understanding of any management and technical problem with the ability to resolve problems through creative and innovative solutions.
  • Recognise and be aware in absorbing data from the organizational environment, articulate complex business and technical ideas, React and respond proactively with multi-disciplinary and diverse teams in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure sector.
