  • To impart leadership and decision-making competencies among real estate and urban infrastructure students;
  • To impart skills to understand and analyse ecosystem of real estate sector i.e. land, planning & regulation, development, investment, asset management and exit from investments.
  • To develop ability to evolving business strategy and project specific sales and marketing plan.
  • To develop ability for efficient utilization of organization resources, planning and execution of real estate and infrastructure projects; and
  • To develop specialists in identified core real estate services of advisory & valuation, sales & marketing, finance & capital markets and facilities & corporate real estate management.

  • Able to recognise the extent of information needed, to analyse critical business and technical issues related to Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure sector, able to exercise critical judgement and critical thinking in creating new understanding of problems, to evaluate the source of information using quantitative and qualitative research techniques and develop effective solutions to complex business and technical problems.
  • Able to explore the extent of information to be collected, use of digital literacy in capturing information from various sources related to Real Estate Projects and use contemporary technologies to access and manage information.
  • Possess intellectual curiosity and engage in the pursuit of new knowledge and understanding of any management and technical problem with the ability to resolve problems through creative and innovative solutions.
  • Recognise and be aware in absorbing data from the organizational environment, articulate complex business and technical ideas, React and respond proactively with multi-disciplinary and diverse teams in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure sector.
