  • Students will be acquainted with national/ international corporate laws coupled with banking law and the insurance law.
  • Students will be exposed to international practices such as commercial arbitration, globalization, investment, foreign collaboration and competition in the business arena.
  • Students will be able to develop a broader and comprehensive approach which could help the students to have a deep understanding of intertwined relationship between law, society and the rising culture.
  • Students will be able to analyze, interpret and communicate legal information.
