  • Students will be acquainted with the trade laws in the different aspects keeping in view the international scenario for which purpose the issues related to international investment, trade, settlement of disputes, the GATT and various agreements thereto.
  • Students will be exposed to international practices as to commercial arbitration, globalization, investment, foreign collaboration and competition in the business arena.
  • Students will be able to develop a broader and comprehensive approach which could help the students to have a deep understanding of intertwined relationship between law, society and the rising culture.
  • Students will be able to develop skills and capacity building of high standards in professional behaviour and personal integrity.
  • Students will be able to develop research skills for evaluation and analysis of international/ national legal framework relating to trade and economics.
  • Students will be able to use advanced techniques and methods in legal research and teaching.
