  • To impart knowledge of the fundamentals of construction project management theory and its application in problem solving and decision making.
  • To instill necessary skills to select and apply appropriate tools and techniques for decision making required for solving complex managerial problems in construction projects.
  • To develop capabilities in students to independently conduct theoretical as well as applied research in the field of construction.
  • To develop sound knowledge of the entrepreneurship and inculcate creativity and innovation among students.

  • Able to recognise the extent of information needed, to analyse critical business and technical issues related to Construction Project Management, able to exercise critical judgement and critical thinking in creating new understanding of problems, to evaluate the source of information using quantitative and qualitative research techniques and develop effective solutions to complex business and technical problems.
  • Able to explore the extent of information to be collected, use of digital literacy in capturing information from various sources related to Construction Projects and use contemporary technologies to access and manage information.
