  • The objective of this program is to equip the students with a comprehensive knowledge of the national laws of India on commercial and mercantile transactions and their working under the global regulatory instruments
  • A critical understanding of the main legal, economic and financial matters pertaining to the life-cycle of a corporation from a national and international perspective
  • The ability to analyse international case laws related to corporate laws and to grasp the legal implications of transactions involving business corporations
  • A strong understanding of fundamental concepts of the factors in which corporate law and regulations operate
  • To generate experts who specialize in the field of business laws in response to the needs of academic and professional expertise in both private and public sectors
