Amity Institute of Behavioural and Allied Sciences celebrated National Unity Day as the Birth Anniversary of "Iron Man of India"- Shri SARDAR VALLABHAI PATEL with the aim of reveling and strengthening bond of oneness and unity among all citizens. It was an online celebration under the guidance of Dr. Harish Kumar (Head of the Institute), Dr. T. Beena and Dr. Neha Gupta (Faculty Coordinators).
The event portrayed the life event of Sardar Vallabhai Patel through speeches, poems and posters. JAM (Just-A-Minute) and Art Exhibition were also organized as a part of the event having the theme Unity/Unity in Diversity.
Students showcased their skills of poem recitation, short speeches and songs in one minute. Art exhibition of self-made posters by students was also a part of event which was based on the understanding of unity from artistic angle. The event was summed up by the UGC recommended Oath for all to follow. Ms Pragya Gupta and Ms Reshma Suresh secured first position, Divya second and Kalpana bagged third position.
