Students of Amity School of Fashion Technology (ASFT), Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, organized a spectacular Fashion Show, which was a part of “KREATVI 2022”, an annual art show organized by Amity University.
Expressing extreme pleasure on this occasion, Dr. Ashok K. Chauhan, Founder President, Amity Education Group, averred, “It is a matter of immense pride and pleasure for us that our students have put together this outstanding fashion show which is a testimony of their creativity, craftsmanship and extraordinary talent. The faculty and students of ASFT have left no stone unturned in organizing this show and we are certain that the students have a very bright future ahead of them in the field of fashion design. We would also like to encourage and support our students of Fine Arts by opening an Art Gallery in the near future, specifically for our design students where they can showcase their creativity by displaying their artworks.”
Addressing the gathering, Prof. (Dr.) Pradeep Joshi, Director, Amity School of Fashion Technology, said, “We, at Amity, are extremely proud of our talented students who have organized this stunning fashion show. Right from the conceptualization to choreography and ramp walk, each aspect has been well taken care of, by our students. I welcome all the guests on behalf of Amity and hope that they will enjoy the show.”
Eminent Fashion Designer Ms. Varija Bajaj, Mr. Vipul Chaudhary, Founder, Kahaani Lush and Mr. Gaurav Gupta, Business Head, House of Raisons, were amongst the distinguished guests who graced the occasion. The collections comprised of exquisite cocktail gowns, party wear dresses, fusion wear and other contemporary outfits in hues of pink, lilac, nude, peach, dark hues of black, wine and maroon and metallic shades, which were presented by the students of Amity, who walked down the ramp with elegance, attitude and style. Some of the highlights of the fashion show were the “Dark Fantasy Collection”, “Lilac Lustres”, “Pink Champagne” and “Coral Crush”, amongst others. The amazing collections were highly appreciated by the audience and guests who were left spellbound and cheered for the students loudly.
