    Director Centre for VUCA Studies, Amity University, A BE (Mechanical), MBA, Chartered Engineer and Fellow Institution of Engineers with Ph.D in Strategy-Innovation. He is the Co-Author of book titled "THE VUCA COMPANY". Represents Editorial Board of JFBM, APJM, JSBM, JEEE, WREMSD, IJGSB, IJSBA, IJTTC, Reveue Gestion 2000 (Geneva), BSEVEM, Foundations and Trends in Entrepreneurship (till Dec 2013), ABJ etc that are leading International Peer Reviewed Journals. Case writing is his keen interest, besides, mentoring Entrepreneurs, especially as a member mentor edge programme by IIMA; consulting on Innovation and Family Business Strategy. Prior to academics, he had been Head, Business Development and Engineering Design, with leading International Screw Pump/Heat Exchanger Manufacturers. With nearly 26 years of work experience, he has more than 30 research papers to his credit. He has addressed as key note in Conferences, seminars etc and as lead instructor in case writing
