    Dr.Pragyan Dangwal is a psychologist and has over 18years of experience in training, counseling and teaching. As a Management Consultant, she has rendered training to corporates, designed and conducted Assessment Centers and developed psychological tools. The profile of people that she has worked with include lower to senior level corporate executives; managers, HR personnel, CEOs. Some of the organizations for which she has conducted training and assessments are Bharti, Trident, Baxter, SRF, Eli Lilly, DCM ,GAIL India Ltd. to name a few. As Joint Director, Gautam Buddha Healthcare Foundation, she has been organizing and assisting many organizations and NGOs with their social programmes ,specifically for the underprivileged, the mentally and physically challenged and is actively involved in personnel training and mental health programmes.
