Role of Environmental Contaminants as Endocrine Disruptors: Implications for Female Infertility(Ridge IVF Clinic)
Environmental contaminants such as Toxic metals (Lead and Nickel) along with Plasticizers are known to disrupt the neuro-endocrine gonadotropic axis and are designated as endocrine disruptors. Our preliminary data indicates that bioaccumulation of these toxic chemicals leads to reduction in functional ovarian reserve as evidenced by lower thyroid stimulating levels and Ante- Mullerian Levels. Perturbations in these hormaonal levels result in poor oocyte quality by (Amity Science, Technology & Innovation Foundation )

Studies on Identification and Characterization of Arthritogenic Bacteria in Patients with Enteric In(Gouri Hospitals & Ridge IVF Clinic)
We are attempting to link the bacterial signatures responsible for chronic enteric infections which are a prequel event to Reactive Arthritis. One of the salient aims of the project is to correlate diet specific bacterial signatures to the formation of the inflammasome unit in the synovial fluids of the arthritis patients. by (Amity Science, Technology & Innovation Foundation )
