ACED collaborate with various government and non-government agencies for organizing various training, programs and project related to entrepreneurship activities. Various women centric Programmes are also conducted regularly to help women empowerment and building a strong nation with equal participation of women in entrepreneurship.

5.1. Entrepreneurship Training 5.1.1. Entrepreneurship Development Program: (EDP)

Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) of 6-8 weeks duration, aims at training the students and entrepreneurs in the essentials of conceiving, planning, initiating and launching an economic activity or an enterprise successfully.EDP is a structured training program designed to motivate and develop entrepreneurs in specific products/technologies/processes. The program content includes class room training on essentials of entrepreneurship survey of the prevalent socio - economic scenario, identification of business opportunities, role and function as well as schemes of assistance offered by various constituents of the support system, preparation of a technically feasible and economically viable project report, achievement motivation training and also the nuances of management of an enterprise. This is a sponsored project of DST-EDII under the ageist of NIMAT. During the training period, the participants also get to know the intricacies of how to start and manage an enterprise

Program Objectives:
  • Create an awareness of the need and importance of entrepreneurship.
  • Develop students with an entrepreneurial and professional mindset.
  • To help students identify and develop their business idea.
  • Help student convert their idea into business plan
  • Assist student aspirants to start –up their own venture
5.1.2. Women Entrepreneurship development Program: (WEDP

The Women’s Entrepreneurship Development program has been empowering women entrepreneurs and supporting them in starting and growing their businesses. The program works with women entrepreneurs promoting entrepreneurship development.

Program Objectives:
  • To enable learner to actually experience the operation of a business.
  • To motivate candidates to learn, innovate and nurture the skills of new ventures. Motivation to learn and a sense of individual opportunity are the special outcomes of this competition for a lifelong learning.
  • To have easy access to information on training & mentors

During the training period, the participants also get to know the intricacies of how to start and manage an enterprise.

5.1.3. Technical Entrepreneurship development Program: (TEDP)

TEDP is a structured training program of around 6 to 8 -weeks duration designed to motivate and develop entrepreneurs in specific products/technologies/processes. The entrepreneurs are exposed to technical knowledge about the products and technologies and are enabled to develop their skills.

Program Objectives:
  • Create an awareness of the need and importance of entrepreneurship.
  • Develop students with an entrepreneurial and professional mindset.
  • To help students identify and develop their business idea.
  • Help student convert their idea into business plan
  • Assist student aspirants to start –up their own venture

During the training period, the participants also get to know the intricacies of how to start and manage an enterprise

5.2 Collaborations with industry and Govt. Agencies.

ACED collaborate with various government and non-government agencies for various programs and projects related to entrepreneurship. Some of the collaborations include:

MOU signed with:
  • I. Wadhwani Foundation (NEN)- To support and develop the ecosystem.
  • II. NSIC – To empower students and enhance their skills in various technologies like Industrial Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, 3D printing, Solid works, Solar Energy, Quality, HVAC Design, and Refrigeration.
  • III. FICCI –Flo (Swayam) – To handhold women entrepreneurs across the nation for various managerial and technical skills.
  • IV. PM YUVA Yojana - ACED is a partner institute in PM-YUVA Yojana (Pradhan Mantri Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan) which aims to create an enabling ecosystem for Entrepreneurship Development through entrepreneurship education and training across the country. In select Institutes of Higher Learning, ACED has tied –up this for over a period of five years. Additionally, students will get easy access to a robust network of peers, mentors incubators, funds and business services through an online platform. Focus will also be on entrepreneurship promotion and social entrepreneurship.
  • V. Think Through Consultancy: TTC and AUUP have agreed to collaborate to offer developmental services including technical and training services to third parties, aimed at promoting Entrepreneurship, Skill development, Business ethics & integrity, CSR, Research & impact assessment.
