    My interest is at making students learn rather teaching them the content. I prefer to be a motivator, inspirer and facilitator rather than instructor or teacher. The first step in teaching is to make students feel the difference between what he ought to know and what he knows right now. This is the point where learning starts. I try my best to bring the students to this point.

Researches have shown that teachers with aptitude are better than those who are good sorcerers. Hence, I would like to conduct researches upon developing teaching aptitude among working and potential teachers.
