With the approval of the Competent Authority the updated Composition of Faculty/Staff Grievance Redressal Committee of the University is as under:
The Chairperson of the above committee is requested to look into the Faculty/Staff Grievances and submit its recommendations to Hon’ble Vice Chancellor.
The Committee shall communicate its decision within 5 days of receipt of the complaint after necessary approval of the Competent Authority. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Grievance Redressal Committee or not satisfied by its decision may within a period of 2 weeks may file an appeal to the Appellate Authority.
The tenure of the Committee shall be two years.
Meeting of the Committee to be held within 2-3 days after receiving the grievance. Minutes of the meeting to be submitted to Hon’ble Vice Chancellor /Executive Council through Director, HR accordingly.
One-half of the members of the Committee, including the Chairperson, shall constitute the quorum at a meeting.
