A high-level delegation from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Brisbane, Australia, comprising of Prof. Ana Deletic – Executive Dean, Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Shimul Haque – Head, School of Civil & Environmental Engineering, Prof. Ajay Pandey School of Electrical Engineering & Robotics, Prof. Indira Prasadam, Mechanical Engineering and Dr. Ashish Bhaskar – Academic Lead (Research), Civil & Environmental Engineering, visited Amity University Uttar Pradesh Noida Campus.
Sharing her views on the significance of collaboration, Prof. Ana Deletic – Executive Dean, Faculty of Engineering, averred, “QUT is a globally recognized University for its industry integrated education, applied research excellence, and innovation ecosystem. We would be glad to foster a strong association with Amity University which will drive innovation and excellence in science and engineering. The collaboration will unlock new opportunities for our students, faculty, and researchers to co-create and solve real-world challenges.”
Dr. Gurinder Singh, Group Vice Chancellor Amity Universities, said, “We aim to establish a strategic academic partnership with Queensland University of Technology through joint research in the areas of Engineering, Business Management, Bio Sciences, Sustainability and Cognitive Sciences. In addition, we are also excited about partnering with QUT through Transnational Education (TNE) Models, Student Mobility Programs, India Immersion Programs and Dual Degree Programs, thereby strengthening industry-integrated research collaboration.”
