Dr. Rahul Gupta has joined AMITY Institute of Biotechnology, AUUP, Lucknow Campus in October, 2012 as Lecturer and currently working as Assistant Professor along with joint responsibilities of Programme Leader & Assistant Proctor. He has over 10 years’ research experience in field of Remediation of Diabetes, Taxonomy of Fish Helminthes, Nanobioscience over 7 years of teaching experience in Zoology, Animal Science, Physiology, Immunology etc. He completed B.Sc. (Bio.) in 2002, M.Sc. (Zoology) in 2004, Ph.D. (Zoology) in 2008 from University of Lucknow. He has also qualified the CSIR-UGC NET for Assistant Professor in Life Sciences. He worked as Guest Faculty in Deptt. of Zoology, University of Lucknow and also worked under Research Projects of CSTUP, Lucknow and UGC, New Delhi. He has published 21 Research Papers, 03 Reviews 04 Book Chapters and actively participated in over 30 conferences, workshops and FDPs etc. He has organized scientific events; received scientific awards; and Life
