My Academic qualification: MA in Psychology with specialization Organizational and Advance Social Psychology from the centre of Advance Study in Psychology ,Utkal University,Bhubaneswar,Odisha, B.Ed from Regional college of Education( NCERT), Ph.D in Organizational Behavior From the dept. of Psychology,M.S.University of Baroda,Gujarat and PGDCAH ( Diploma in Clinical and Applied Hypnotherapy) from MSU in the year 2005. I am continuing with post Ph.D 16 years of teaching and research experience in different Universities in The state of Gujarat to my credit.I have thirty five Research paper publications in the reputed National and International journal along with Two book chaptres as well. I am teaching in both UG,PG,M.Phil and Ph.D classes along with other major responsibilities related to these courses. In short I am a passionate academician and a researcher by heart with a positive bent of mind.
