  • Projects

Agrobacterium rhizogenes mediated transformation of medicinally important endogenous Chinese plants(Institute of Cell Biology, School of Life Sciences, Lanzhou University, PR China)
The main objective of this postdoctoral study was to develop transformation protocol and establish hairy root cultures of these medicinal plants using A. rhizogenes and confirm the transformation event by standard molecular biology techniques. by (Chinese Postdoctoral research Foundation Fund No-505-415-104 (Chinese Academy of Sciences))

Studies on Agrobacterium mediated transformation of medicinally important herb Sophorea flavesens...(Institute of Cell Biology, School of Life Sciences, Lanzhou University, Lanzhou PR China)
Under this project we have attempted to regenerate hairy root regenerants and study the morphological variations as rol locus of Ri –plasmid is suppose to be responsible for morphological alteration in plant system. by (Chinese Postdoctoral research Foundation Fund No-224-415-203)
