• To develop percentage loss of nutrients by cooking methods for India specific food items (as per National Institute of Nutrition tables), and USDA Nutrition database (where Indian food database is insufficient) so as to calculate true nutrient information of a dish after processing/ cooking. Yellow Squash has digitized the NIN tables. • To define rules for dietary guidance i.e. health tags such as iron rich, anti-inflammatory etc. Approx. 30 health tags to be covered. • To validate and addby (Yellow Squash, Pvt. Ltd.)
