  • Projects

A hybrid Bayesian approach to address socio-economic challenges in Assisted Reproductive Techniques(Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi)
The proposed study aims to provide a gold standard to predict the chances of uncomplicated case success with IVF and IUI procedure in Indian sub-population. This study will take into account the medical history, reproductive characteristics and other physical characters to create a prediction model. Relevance in the Indian sub-continent lies in the fact that as per a research published in Times of India, April 2018, a whopping 27.5 million couples face infertility issues, which account to 10-15by (Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India)

  • Short Description

A self motivated ambitious computational biologist and a dedicated teacher endeavoring at its best in the research and teaching of Bioinformatics and Systems Biology. I have recently published a fully curated simulation-ready model of human energy metabolism in BioModels repository of EMBL-EBI (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/biomodels-main/BIOMD0000000579).
