Short Description
Dr Ausaf Ahmad is currently working as Assistant Professor, AMITY Institute of Biotechnology, AUUP, Lucknow Campus. He is credited with B.Sc. (Hons.) and M.Sc. in Biochemistry from Department of Biochemistry, Aligarh Muslim University, India. He was awarded Ph.D. from Central Drug Research Institute (CSIR-CDRI), Lucknow in 2011. Dr. Ahmad has 11 years of research experience in the field of Biochemistry and Neuropharmacology. His research focuses on stress biology, medicinal plants and neurochemistry through the identification of potential targets under different stressful conditions. In year 2010, Dr. Ahmad joined AMITY University and engaged in teaching and research in the field of Immunology and Biochemistry. He has credited with more than 33 international and national research papers of high impact along with 1 International reference book. His H-index is 15 and citations have reached 650 so far.
