Amity University Uttar Pradesh signed an MOU with Gurukul Kangri Samvishadiya ( Deemed to be University ) Haridwar through the virtual platform

 Amity University Uttar Pradesh signed an MOU with Gurukul Kangri Samvishadiya ( Deemed to be University ) Haridwar through the virtual platform that will give a new direction and vision to the Indian and modern education system across the boundaries. During the Program, Dr. Satya Pal Singh, Chancellor, Gurukul Kangri, ( Deemed to be University ) Haridwar; Prof. Roop Kishor Shastri, Vice Chancellor, Gurukul Kangri Samvishadiya ( Deemed to be University ) Haridwar addressed the students and faculty of Amity along with Dr. W. Selvamurthy, President, Amity Science Technology and Innovation Foundation.

 
Prof. Roop Kishor Shastri, Vice Chancellor, Gurukul Kangri Samvishadiya ( Deemed to be University ) Haridwar said it was a historical day and how the MoU will be beneficial for every student and professors at both the institutions because of several projects and other academic collaboration which will be done jointly. This MOU will create history in the field of Ayurveda and Ancient Knowledge. Dr. W. Selvamurthy, President, Amity Science Technology and Innovation Foundation said that this MoU will be very beneficial for every person who are part of both these universities. He added that research is the most important part of Amity and everyone will collaborate and work deeply. 

It was stated that the alliance will bring together our Vedas, Ayurveda, Sanskrit, culture and engineering, Pharmacy, biotechnology in researches and innovations. Uttrakhand, the land of herbs, is famous all over the world. The researchers from both universities will surely develop products and promise to contribute in the betterment of society. Together with other institutes, soon India will be titled as “Vishvaguru” again. Dr. Selvamurthy, Prof. B.C. Das, Dr. B.L. Arya, Prof. P.B. Sharma, Dr. Swati and others promised to contribute. In a similar way, Prof. Roopkishor Shastri, Prof. R. C. Duby, Prof. Dinesh Bhatt, Prof. V.K. Singh, Prof. S. K. Rajput and other vidhvans from Gurukul Kangri  Vishwavidyalaya, promised to hold hands together to make Prime minister Shri Narendra Modi ji’s mission “ Atma Nirbhar” possible.
