Internal Complaint Committee (ICC)

In accordance with Supreme Court Guidelines on prevention of sexual harassment, the composition of University Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) for AUUP Noida Campus as per Vishaka Guidelines against Sexual Harassment at Workplace and UGC Gazette Notification on Prevention, prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment of women employees and students in higher educational institutions Regulations 2015; the Internal Complaint Committee reconstituted as under:

The Internal Complaints Committee shall discharge its functions in accordance with the provisions of the aforesaid Act and UGC Regulations and shall receive, inquire into and recommend action on complaints of sexual harassment received from women employees and students of the University/Institute.

The Committee shall also undertake activities relating to awareness generation, gender sensitization and promotion of a safe and secure environment for all members of the institution.

Four members shall form the quorum.

The tenure of the nominated Members of the Committee will be two years (Valid upto 30th June 2028).

The Committee will function as per the provisions contained in the AUUP Regulations on Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Vishaka Guidelines against Sexual Harassment at Workplace and UGC Gazette Notification on Prevention, prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment of women employees and students in higher educational institutions Regulations 2015.
