The tenure of the committee will be valid for 1 year (valid upto 30th June 2026).
Function of the Committee will be as under:
To ensure guidelines of all NTCC/SIL during semesters and summer break are
uploaded on Amizone for information of students, faculty, Academic and
Examination Department.
Briefing of all NTCC/SIL courses is done well in time by Institutions.
Finalize the list of students failed in NTCC/SIL Course for timely registration of
Re-do of specificNTCC/SIL.
Take discrepancy action against students having cases of Academic
fraud/plagiarism.
to consider the cases of the students not meeting the eligibility criteria for
submission of report. The recommendations of HoIs for all such cases with
detailed explanation given by students shall be submitted to the office of the
Controller of examinations for consideration ofNTCC/SIL Review Committee. All
such recommendations shall be submitted at least 10 days prior to the final
assessment date for the examination.
NTCC/SIL Review Committee shall communicate the eligibility of the student
after approval of the Vice Chancellor.
The Committee will also consider cases of re-do NTCC/SIL of previous Academic
Session or any other cases of NTCC/SIL, if any.
One-half of the members of the Committee, including the Chairperson, shall constitute the
quorum at ameeting.
