Amity Business School organized a 5-Day Certificate Course on “Building Digitally Competent Professionals with a Futuristic Orientation”. Sharing his life experiences, he said that he has traveled to many countries, despite the diversity of cultures, social, political, we are all connected to each other and love our family, which makes us energized even in times of instability. Prof. (Dr.) Balvinder Shukla, Vice- Chancellor, Amity University Uttar Pradesh said complex and unclear times of the pandemic has affected many business, hospitality, tourism etc and on the other hand industries like pharma, insurance have also developed . She said that the institutions which had invested in the digital sector before Covid were not affected in any way or at all. New norms of work were developed and those working by assimilating them were successful. Dr. Shukla said that for future success, we have to develop creativity and innovation within ourselves and also develop skills like data analyst by understanding the digital platform. One needs to understand and put into practice the digital skills in their field and this five-day course will definitely be beneficial for students.
